We partner with the hospital’s diagnostic imaging service to provide advanced imaging technologies and services to our clients.

If you are a new client and want to request an appointment, complete the dermatology patient history form. Once we have received your information, our dermatology team will contact you within three business days to schedule an appointment.

We prioritize appointments based on severity of the case, and are booking appointments 3-4 months in advance.

Our appointment times are generous, often two hours for the initial consultation. Your companion will be treated by a team, ready and able to work with you, other specialty services, and your pet’s veterinarian to provide the highest level of care. We will perform a thorough exam and review of available records.

If you are a returning client and want to request a recheck, or need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please call us at (970) 297-4460.

Appointments may be scheduled only for companion animals. The hospital’s Livestock Veterinary Services, equine internal medicine service, and avian, exotic, and zoological medicine service consult with our team to provide dermatology and otology expertise for other animal types. If you own a livestock, equine, or exotic animal, you must schedule an initial appointment with the appropriate specialty service.

consultations and referrals

Referring veterinarians should email us signalment of the patient, treatments done, photos, and veterinarian contact information.

Our appointments are often booked weeks in advance. If you are a veterinarian needing a consultation right away, email or call us; photos are welcome. One of our faculty members will be in touch within 72 business hours.
