Madelyn graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2023 with a BA in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology. In 2024 she began pursuing her PhD in Dr. Greg Robertson's lab. She studies methods to model Mycobacterium tuberculosis infections, aiming to better understand bacterial expression in different lung microenvironments and at different stages of infection.
