From Classroom to Clinics – Learning Happens Here

Colorado State University boasts three on-site teaching hospitals (yes, we have more than one!), where you’ll complete your clinical rotations. Learn from and practice care alongside faculty who are board certified in over 25 AVMA-approved specialties.

Opportunities to learn primary and specialty care techniques for small animals and exotics happen at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital while you’ll work with equine and livestock animals at the Johnson Family Equine Hospital and livestock hospital at the same campus.

“This is a fantastic program. I’m learning so much — and when you get to be in those real-world clinical settings and apply what you’ve learned, it’s really rewarding.”
