Jackson DeCook

Jackson DeCook is a MPH student studying epidemiology at the Colorado School of Public Health. He has been interested in microbiology since high school, but became interested in disease epidemiology after working a summer job doing mosquito disease surveillance in northern Colorado. He is excited to research transmission and interactions between disease vectors, hosts, reservoirs, and infectious agents. He is specifically interested in mosquito vectors for West Nile Virus. Jackson enjoys watching football, fishing, and spending time with his family and two cats.
