About Venugopal

Dr. Pujari is a Research Scientist in the laboratory of Dr. Crick. His research focuses on the biochemistry of the bacterial pathogen, Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Dr. Pujari is particularly interested in the enzymes involved in the Methylerythritol phosphate (MEP) pathway, Menaquinone biosynthetic pathway, and enzymes involved in the cell wall biosynthesis. He is actively involved in collaborative research programs with Janssen Pharmaceuticals of J&J, the University of Minnesota, and The University of Sydney, Australia.
