About Eleah
Eleah Flockhart is a first year PhD student in the Microbiology, Immunology, and Pathology program. They are interested in research into vector biology and biofilm formation. As an undergraduate researcher, Eleah studied the effect of mechanical challenge on leaf nodal roots in Brachypodium distachyon. They are excited to complete their rotations and find research they are passionate about. In their spare time, Eleah enjoys hiking, reading, painting, and running a D&D game.
