Casey grew up in Madison, WI and attended Elon University in North Carolina. She completed an internship at the Tulane National Primate Research Center and worked as a surgical assistant in Philadelphia prior to graduating from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. Her areas of interests include small animal surgery, sports medicine, and working dog medicine. Outside of the hospital, Casey enjoys hiking with her dog Dax, doing yoga, and riding horses.
