Rachel moved to Colorado from Minnesota with her husband Troy, their two children, Mason (21) and Gracie (19), and their two goldens, Oakley and Finn. In her free time, she and her family enjoy exploring all that Colorado has to offer, both with outdoor activities and new restaurants. She joined CSU VTH with over 20 years of management experience in a variety of fields including healthcare, education, and athletics. Her focus is to promote a positive working environment and long-term employees who enjoy coming to work each day.
