About Kari

Kari joined the department in November 2018 as an Academic Success Coordinator and now serves as the Undergraduate Program Coordinator and Advisor for the Microbiology and Infectious Disease concentration within the Biomedical Sciences major. Along with her advising responsibilities, she also supervises the department’s other academic advisor and is the CVMBS representative for the Education Abroad Advisory Committee. Before stepping into this role, Kari worked with international students as an advisor at INTO CSU. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys paddleboarding, yoga, pickleball, reading, hiking, and traveling with her daughter, Ella.
