Rebecca Lawrence

Rebecca is working toward her bachelor’s degree in wildlife biology through CSU and her veterinary technician license. She loves not knowing what exactly will walk through her door and wants to be able to help in any situation, either through wildlife rehabilitation or emergency medicine. She grew up in South Texas riding horses and playing with every animal she could. She had an amazing opportunity to train dogs under a retired Navy SEAL and learned a lot about animal behavior throughout her 3 years there. She’s able to take that knowledge and use it to help handle the ranging temperaments and types of animals seen in the urgent care unit. In her free time, she loves going to concerts, picking new colors to dye her hair, taking her cat hiking, and working on new tricks with her!
