Important information to know before you visit

• New entry: All appointments, as well as emergency visitors, will enter through the southwest doors of the building. We will provide clear signage and guidance to assist you. View map of new building entry location.
• Livestock check-in: Visit the Livestock Veterinary Services page for updates for livestock patients.

What to expect during construction

• New check-in/check-out/exit: Staff and internal signs will direct you to these spaces.
• Parking: Our existing parking lot will remain open. Accessible parking spaces will be added closer to the new entrance.
• Possible noise and disturbance: There may be increased noise levels due to the construction work, and we are working with our contractors to minimize noisy work during regular business hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you or your pets.
• Continued care: Our commitment to exceptional care for your pets remains unchanged. We will continue to offer appointments, surgeries, and emergency services as usual.
• Safety measures: We will prioritize the safety of all pets, owners, and employees throughout construction. All necessary precautions will be taken to ensure a safe environment for all.
