About Cynthia
Cynthia grew up on family's Arabian horse farm in Boulder, Colorado. She worked in the horse industry for over 40 years as an equine reproductive technician and manager for a number of large breeding farms in the U.S. and Europe. She showed horses in a variety of disciplines for over 30 years. Her favorite event is anything where you can chase cows! She is a USEF judge in the Arabian division and has judged the national shows of 15 different countries as well as the U.S. and Canada.
She is passionate about wildlife photography and can usually be found in Rocky Mountain National Park photographing wildlife. While currently dogless, she is very seldom without a miniature bull terrier but another one is in her future! She has been a journalist on equine topics for over 20 years, writing on horse management, farm management, reproduction, conformation evaluation, foaling and many other topics for several equine magazines. Cynthia also hosts a local radio show on Celtic music.
