Fill out both pages of the Clinical Hematopathology Laboratory submission form. A hard copy must accompany the submitted sample. Please be sure to provide a history and clinical information so that we can offer the most useful interpretation of your results.

Results

Results are provided by email only. Add [email protected] to your “safe senders” list to avoid test results emails ending up in junk or spam folders.

View Test Results Online

Test results are also available online within 2-3 weeks via the Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory Portal.

Turnaround times

Sometimes samples need to be repeated, either because an assay fails for a group of samples or because the controls for an individual sample were not appropriate, so keep this in mind when considering timing of test results.
