We offer discounted overnight shipping rates with the use of our FedEx account – please see the instructions below. The shipping cost will be added to your accession’s test charges and will be reflected on your sales service invoice and statement.
We do not have an account number for other couriers. When using other services such as UPS, DHL, etc. please follow the instructions for FedEx, including the shipping address.

Contact us to request our FedEx account number. Please note, the lab is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time.
Creating a FedEx label in person or by phone
Tell the customer service agent you are sending your specimens to our FedEx account and that you will need an airbill for your sample (if you do not already have one). Be sure to request Priority Overnight service and check the “Bill to Recipient” box for payment. Also be sure to record the weight on the form.

Note: In order to create a shipping label online, you must have an account with a credit card on file, otherwise the “Bill to Recipient” option will not show up.
FedEx Saturday Shipping
You may request either Saturday pick-up (for Monday delivery – not recommended because overnight shipping results in better viability) or Saturday delivery (with Friday pick-up), but these costs are not discounted with the use of our account.
Samples picked up Friday without a special request of Saturday delivery will arrive on Monday morning.
Samples that arrive for the Saturday morning delivery (by 10 a.m. Mountain Time) via FedEx will be processed for flow cytometry on the day of arrival. Please be aware that the cost for Saturday morning delivery can be considerably higher than the cost of regular overnight shipping. Please request a quote for this from FedEx.
To arrive by 10 a.m. MT, both the “Saturday Delivery” and the “Priority Overnight” options usually must be selected. Although much more expensive, the best way to guarantee delivery and set up is Saturday First Overnight.
Shipping Address for United States Postal Service
Samples shipped via United States Postal Service are not delivered directly to the Clinical Hematopathology Laboratory and require up to an additional business day for internal deliveries to be processed and delivered, thus sending samples via USPS is not recommended.

If shipping a sample for flow cytometry via USPS, we recommend selecting an option that will guarantee overnight delivery. Try to get the sample to us by Thursday to allow time for internal delivery prior to the weekend.
