Pablo Maldonado Jr

My expertise lies at the intersection of immunology, experimental design, and data analysis—especially when it comes to tackling real-world challenges like tuberculosis. My work has focused on testing TB vaccines in mice and guinea pigs and building reliable analysis pipelines using R. Along the way, I’ve developed experience with high dimensional flow cytometry, immunological assays, predictive modeling/probability analysis, and project management. I’m especially passionate about learning new methods in bioinformatics and contributing to tool development that helps researchers make better, data-driven decisions for impactful science.
