About Wayne

Dr. Jensen received his DVM from Colorado State University in 1984. After completing a small animal clinical internship at Iowa State University, he returned to CSU for a residency and Ph.D. in Pathology. In 1992, Dr. Jensen joined Dr. John Cambier’s laboratory at the National Jewish Medical and Research Center for post-doctoral studies on signal transduction in lymphocytes. In 2003, Dr. Jensen returned to CSU, enrolling in the MBA program which he completed in May of 2005. With more than 30 years of experience in the animal health industry, including veterinary medical practice, research, product development, business development and research grant funding, Dr. Jensen’s research and collaborations have resulted in numerous publications, patents, and commercial products.
