About Megan

Megan is a research associate and PhD candidate in the Dobos Lab. After completing her undergraduate degree at CSU, she worked in the labs of John Belisle and Karen Dobos. Over the years, she has been heavily involved in contracts for the provision of Mycobacterium tuberculosis reagents, both as part of the reagent production team and as project manager. She has expertise in purification of native proteins and lipoarabinomannan from M. tuberculosis. Her current research projects in the lab focus on targeted proteomics and the development of novel protein purification methods. She is also involved in designing and teaching a series of graduate student professional development classes. Outside of work and school, Megan sings with the Larimer Chorale and enjoys spending time with her family.
