About Riley
Dr. Riley Aronson went to Tufts University in Massachusetts for both undergraduate and veterinary school, during which she developed a passion for ophthalmology. After graduation, she completed a small animal rotating internship at North Carolina State University. She then moved back to Tufts University to complete a specialty internship in ophthalmology. Following this, she completed an ophthalmology research fellowship with the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine, studying the outcomes of cataract surgery in all species. She is now a comparative ophthalmology resident at Colorado State University and is working to complete a master's degree in clinical sciences. Her areas of interest include diseases of the lens, as well as large animal and zoo ophthalmology. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, photography, and spending time with her loved ones (including a Great Pyrenees, elderly cat, and Appaloosa).
