These three workshops are designed to be taken in succession to initially focus on communication skills development (FRANK 1.0 and 2.0 Workshops) and then on communication skill development for others (Communication Coaching Skills Workshop).

Learn 10 communication skills to facilitate agenda-setting, information gathering, and developing a complete picture of the client and patient and their greater environmental context, in a highly interactive workshop for veterinary professionals.

FRANK 2.0 Workshop

Develop 10 communication skills to deliver information in a give-and-take manner, partner with clients to identify a tailored plan, and empower clients through understanding the value of recommendations in a highly interactive workshop for veterinary professionals.

Communication Coaching Skills Workshop
