While conference topics will be presented with veterinarians in mind, technicians are welcome to register and join lectures. All registrants are able to earn up to 12 hours of RACE-approved CE per animal track.

Instructions

Please follow these steps on how to access your Certificate of Completion for RACE hours. For assistance, contact [email protected].

1. Log into the CSUVetCE website by clicking the Login link in the upper right-hand corner of the web page. Access the login page here.
2. Your login information is the email address and password you supplied when creating an account with CSUVetCE when registering for the conference.
3. Once logged in, the dashboard on the left will provide access to various tools, in that menu, select “Courses” and go into the “2026 Annual Conference” Course shell (virtual attendees – yours will be labeled “Virtual”).
4. Locate the content item labeled “Certificate of Completion – CSU Annual Conference 2026”
5. Download the certificate from your CSUVetCE LMS account.
6. Once you’ve downloaded the file, open it in Adobe Acrobat, or another .pdf file reading  software.
7. Enter your name in the large field near the top, and your licensing information in the bottom right as applicable.
8. Save the document.
9. Create an AAVSB RACEtrack account. Using this link, you will be able to create an account and find instructions on how to set up this account. Using the “Manually Uploading CE” section will instruct you on how to upload your own CE with the Certificate of Completion.
