Jaiden is originally from Tallahassee, Florida and completed his BS in biomedical engineering at Florida Tech with a minor in chemistry. He moved to Fort Collins in fall 2020 to pursue a doctorate in bioengineering, and joined the ORC in spring 2023 under the guidance of Drs. Laurie Goodrich and Felix Duerr. Jaiden’s work is focused on creation and evaluation of gene therapies for osteoarthritis in multiple animal models, including equine and canine. In his spare time, Jaiden enjoys climbing, yoga, pickleball, and running.
