[email protected]About Bruna
Bruna earned her veterinary degree from the University of São Paulo in 2014 and emigrated to the United States shortly thereafter. She pursued a career in veterinary cardiology, which had been her area of interest and focus since early in her veterinary education. She completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the University of Florida in 2020 and a cardiology residency at Colorado State University in 2023. She also obtained a Master of Science in clinical sciences from the same institution. Following her residency at CSU, she worked as a clinical assistant professor of cardiology at the University of Florida. She is proud and excited to have returned to CSU as a interventional cardiology fellow - even though she is interested in many aspects of her specialty, she is particularly passionate about minimally invasive and hybrid cardiac interventions.
