About Brianna

Brianna is a fourth-year microbiology student. As an Undergraduate Research Fellow (URF), Brianna is investigating the impact of passive maternal immunity on the immune maturation status of neonates receiving the lab's rotavirus recombinant Lactobacillus acidophilus construct. After graduating from CSU, Brianna plans to attend graduate school and earn a Ph.D. in immunology/microbiology to keep investigating the many wonders of the immune system! In her free time, Brianna loves to run in local races (half-marathons are her favorite!), play the cello, and spend time with her dogs.
