About Agata

Dr. Agata Parsons Aubone is a PhD student in the Department of Biomedical Sciences. Her current research focuses on the role of androgen receptor signaling in the placenta. She received her DVM degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 2015. After acquiring her DVM, she practiced equine sport medicine during an internship at Rodger Equine Veterinary Clinic until 2018, and specialized in equine physiotherapy at the University of Madrid in Spain. In her spare time she likes to enjoy outdoor activities such as running, hiking and birdwatching.
