Method development and validation
Because an analytical method that meets your specific needs may not be available, we offer custom method development and validation services to provide an appropriate analysis for your specific application. Method development will determine suitable sample extraction and analytical procedures, while validation will determine the performance characteristics of the method such as precision, accuracy, range, linearity, specificity, ruggedness, and limit of detection/quantitation to ensure quality results. Method validations follow Scientific Working Group for Forensic Toxicologist (SWGTOX) and FDA Bioanalytical Guidance recommendations.
For more information on method development, contact us to set up a consultation.
Equipment
We encourage students and researchers to train under our direction on operating the analytical instrumentation so they can complete the sample analysis on their own. We work with CSU research community and private companies who need to utilize the specialized analytical instrumentation for various projects, which allows for cost savings and gained experience. Training and instrument time are billed at an hourly rate.
